Loymax Smart Communications


Loymax Smart Communications is a product designed to automate communications with Loyalty Program members.

Smart Communications module can be connected using a special plugin that enables Smart Communications menu with access to all the tools of the product.

Dashboard with summary analytics on the customer base:

  • Quality of customer base (by months).
  • Percentage of returning customers (with 2 or more purchases) and revenues from such customers.
  • Customer base quality trend.
  • Ratio of normal and assisted sales. Assisted sales mean the attributed receipts related to communications carried out by the Smart Communications module.

Smart Communications sections are displayed to users depending on their roles and access rights.

To work with the Smart Communications module, it is required to grant the following permissions to a user in the Permissions and roles section:

  • Platform user has the permission to view Smart Communications section.

As well as one of the following permissions (depending on the user role):

  • Platform user has the Call Centre Operator permissions on Smart Communications module;
  • Platform user has the Marketer permissions on Smart Communications module;
  • Platform user has the Senior Marketer permissions on Smart Communications module;
  • Platform user has the Analyst permissions on Smart Communications module;
  • Platform user has the Designer permissions on Smart Communications module;
  • Platform user has the permission to view and edit campaigns in Smart Communications module;
  • Platform user has the Administrator permissions on Smart Communications module.

Notes:

  • It is required to additionally grant a permission Platform user has the right to view companies for all users (except for the Administrator).
  • To work with API methods, it is required to grant a permission Platform user has the Smart Communications API access.
