11 - Card unblocking


The Unblock card action is enabled if the customer has blocked cards.

In the list of blocked cards, it needs to put a mark for the card that should be unblocked and click the Unblock button.

 

Then it needs to select or specify the reason for unblocking the card and click the Unblock button again.

Card status will be changed. When viewing an LP member data sheet for this card, the No value in the Blocked column will be.

Notes:

  • If the LP Member calls from a different phone number, the CC Agent asks to call back from the mobile phone number to which the card is linked. If the Member’s phone number has changed, the CC Agent initiates the process of changing the phone number.
  • The CC Agent additionally identifies the LP Member by clarifying personal information (full name, date of birth, last purchase, etc.).
  • After unblocking the card becomes available for accumulating and deduction of bonus points.
