18 * Specify the **sender name** and **sender address**.
19 * Provide a **reply-to address** if replies or customer feedback are expected. To do this, click the **Reply-To** link and enter the address in the text field.
20 * Fill in the **subject line** and **email body**. You can use [[email templates>>doc:||anchor="01"]]. [[Formatting>>doc:||anchor="02"]] is also available in the message body.
21 * You can attach files by clicking the **Attach** link below the message body field.

36 In Smart Communications, you can use a previously saved email template. To do this, click the **Select template** field and choose the required template from the drop-down list. You can also click the **Editor** button to the right of the template selection field to go to the [[email editor>>doc:.Block_editor.WebHome]].

38 You can preview how the email will look for a specific customer. To do this, enter their full name/phone number/email/internal customer identifier (local_id) in the **Customer** field. To ensure unambiguous search results, it is recommended to use contact details or the internal customer identifier.
