Loymax processing system provides data processing when making purchases.

Typical processes performed by processing include: calculation of direct discounts, calculation and accrual of bonus points, deduction of bonus points. At the same time, it is possible to accrue bonus points both online and offline.

When conducting account operations, the "double-entry principle" is used. It means that when conducting a purchase operation (calculation of direct discount, payment with bonus points, reаfund, etc.) the part of funds is blocked at the POS account or customer account till the purchase is confirmed or canceled. Only after purchase confirmation, the POS balance or customer balance is changed.

If there is no connection between the POS terminal and Loymax processing, receipts are saved at the POS terminal. After connection is restored, the POS terminal sends all the accumulated receipts to the processing, which processes them and accrues bonus points in accordance with the offers valid at the time of the purchase. Bonus points deduction, as well as calculation and provision of direct discounts in offline mode is not carried out.
