07 - Customer history viewing
The Customer history section in the customer’s profile contains information on the confirmed operations conducted on the cards of the Customer/ LP Member:
- accrual and deduction of bonus points for purchases,
- granting discounts,
- as well as additional accruals/deductions for activity in the Loyalty Program.
| This section contains the same operations as Personal Account of the LP Member on the website and in the Mobile Application. Using the section filters, it is possible to select operations by the Date of purchase and/or by Card number, and also select the operations of only the current Member or a group united under one family account. Before the list of operations, general information is displayed about the amount of purchases (in cash register currency), the amount of accruals and deductions (in virtual currencies) within purchases. The values are calculated for the period specified in the filter above. |
| To view information about the cheque within which a particular operation was performed, the icon  must be clicked in the line of operations. The cheque information window displays the name, quantity, and amount for each position and the total amount of the cheque. |
