11 - Card unblocking
Notes:
- If the LP Member calls from a different phone number, the CC Agent asks to call back from the mobile phone number to which the card is linked. If the Member’s phone number has changed, the CC Agent initiates the process of changing the phone number.
- The CC Agent additionally identifies the LP Member by clarifying personal information (full name, date of birth, last purchase, etc.).
- After unblocking the card becomes available for accumulating and deduction of bonus points.
