Watchers

Watcher groups are used in mass mailings when you need to send a copy of a message to a group of addresses whose owners are not members of the customer base.

For example, you can use a watcher group to notify regional directors of participating stores about an offer being communicated via mailing.

Watcher group list

In the section Settings > Whatchers, you can view a list of all watcher groups.

The following actions are available on the watcher group list page:

• Edit — view and edit a watcher group. You can also access the editing mode by clicking the Name of the group.
• Delete — remove the corresponding watcher group from the list.

Creating a watcher group

Creating a new watcher group is available on the group list page in the Watchers section. Click the Create group button.

In the opened Group settings window, fill in all required fields and click Save to add the new watcher group to the general list. Specify the Group name, fill in the Email list, Phones, and Push IDs of the group members. Each contact should be entered on a new line.
