| 4 | **Legal entities** are used by Companies to conduct financial transactions. One Company can have several legal entities, which can be used for separation by regions, franchises, types of outlets located on the same site (for example, a coffee shop and a store or a gas station and a store) within the same organization. | ||

| 6 | **Brand** is a recognizable representation of the organization. A Company may have several independent brands that are associated with that Company. | ||

When you create a Company, a new legal entity is created. An unlimited number of legal entities can be added to this Company in {{html}}<a href="https://docs.loymax.net/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Using/MMP/Admin_panel/Partners/Legal_entity_editing/">the corresponding tab</a>{{/html}}. The created legal entities will be further used when setting up the Company's {{html}}<a href="https://docs.loymax.net/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Using/MMP/Admin_panel/Partners/Cashbox_setting/">POS terminals</a>{{/html}}. The Company entity allows to create different product catalogs and points of sale, apply offers with different preference conditions within one {{html}}<a href="https://docs.loymax.net/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Using/MMP/Admin_panel/Loyalty__programs/">Loyalty Program</a>{{/html}}.
