Partner is a unique organization that uses the functionality of the Loymax System, such as creating offers, issuing cards and coupons, creating and using various virtual currencies, etc.
Legal entities are used by Partners to conduct financial transactions. One Partner can have several legal entities, which can be used for separation by regions, franchises, types of outlets located on the same site (for example, a coffee shop and a store or a gas station and a store) within the same organization.
Brands are a recognizable representation of the organization. A Partner may have several independent brands that are associated with that Partner.
The Loymax System uses each of these terms in the following way:
- In the Marketing Management Platform, the Partner is a group of legal entities. When you create a Partner, a new legal entity is created. An unlimited number of legal entities can be added to this Partner in the corresponding tab. The created legal entities will be further used when setting up the Partner's cash registers. The Partner entity allows to create different product catalogs and points of sale, apply offers with different preference conditions within one Loyalty Program. Except for legal entities, the Partner entity includes Cash registers, Points of sale and Product catalogs
- Legal entities are included in the Partner entity. Entities are linked through cash registers that are set up for the Partner. Legal entities are required for financial transactions, e.g. for invoicing. If the BI module is integrated, they are used to perform clearing of bonus points.
- The Brands entity allows to group Partner's points of sale. Brand can be created during creation of a Partner, or added separately in the relevant section. Brands are used to segment points of sale, for example when creating offers for certain stores, displaying and sorting of points of sale in the Personal Account of the Loyalty Program member, as well as for generation of analytical reports.
Partners are needed to differentiate user access to the Marketing Management Program (MMP). That is, if several Partner entities are created in the MMP, access to them is allowed to the corresponding users.
Coalition Loyalty Program - a Loyalty Program created to unite several Partners.
In the Loymax System, a coalition can be implemented either within a single Partner or by combining several Partners.
- If a coalition is formed by several legal entities created within the same Partner, one Loyalty Program (LP) will be valid for all legal entities. In this case, clearing of bonus points is done internally by the Partner outside the Loymax System.
- If a coalition is formed by association of several Partners, a common Loyalty Program will be created for all Partners, which can be managed by the Partner - Coalition Administrator. In this case clearing is carried out between legal entities of the Coalition Partners.
