Partner is a unique organization that uses the functionality of the Loymax System, such as creating offers, issuing cards and coupons, creating and using various virtual currencies, etc.
Legal entities are used by Partners to conduct financial transactions. One Partner can have several legal entities, which can be used for separation by regions, franchises, types of outlets located on the same site (for example, a coffee shop and a store or a gas station and a store) within the same organization.
Brands are a recognizable representation of the organization. A Partner may have several independent brands that are associated with that Partner.
The Loymax System uses each of these terms in the following way:
- In the Marketing Management Platform, the Partner is a group of legal entities. When you create a Partner, a new legal entity is created. An unlimited number of legal entities can be added to this Partner in the corresponding tab. The created legal entities will be further used when setting up cashboxes Partner. The essence of Partner allows you to create different product catalogs and outlets, implement promotions with different conditions for receiving preferences within one Loyalty Program. In total, the essence of Partner, other than legal entities, includes Cashiers, Trading Points and Product Catalogs
- Legal entities are part of the essence of Partner. Entities are linked through checkouts that are configured for the Partner. Legal entities are needed for financial transactions, such as billing, and in the BI module are used to perform clearing bonuses.
- The Brands entity allows you to group Partner outlets. A brand can be created when creating a Partner, or added separately in the relevant section. Brands are used to segment outlets, for example when creating actions for certain stores, displaying and sorting outlets in Personal Office of the PL Participant, as well as in the construction of analytical reports.
Partners are needed to delimit the access of the MMP user. I.e. if several Partner entities are created in the MMP, access to them is allowed to the corresponding users.
Coalition PL - A loyalty program created to bring together multiple Affiliates.
In the Loymax system, a coalition can be implemented either within a single Partner or by combining several Partners.
- If a coalition is formed by multiple legal entities created within the same Partner, there will be one Loyalty Program (LP) for all legal entities. In this case, the clearing of bonuses is done internally by the Partner outside of the Loymax system.
- If a coalition is formed by combining several Partners, a common Loyalty Program will be created for all Partners, which can be managed by the Coalition Administrator Partner. In this case, clearing is carried out between legal entities of the Coalition Partners.
