The Loymax System is integrated with the most popular social media platforms and also offers integration via an Apple ID account.

The System records the following events related to social networks:
| Event | Description |
| Binding of a Social Network Profile | This event occurs when a Loyalty Program (LP) Member links their social network profile in the Personal Account. This will allow them to subsequently log into the System using the credentials of the linked social network, as well as participate in various marketing campaigns targeted at social networks. |
| Joining a Group | This event occurs when an LP Member joins a group on a social network. |
| Leaving a Group | This event occurs when an LP Member leaves a group on a social network. |
| Activity in Social Networks | This event occurs when an LP Member likes posts in a social network group, leaves comments, or reposts content (objects for tracking activity are configured in the offer). For this event to occur, the LP Member must link their social network accounts to their Personal Account. |
| Deletion of Activity in Social Networks | This event is triggered when an LP Member removes likes, comments, or reposts from their page. For this event to be registered, the LP Member must have their social network accounts linked in their Personal Account. |

| For each event related to social media, the following actions can be configured in offers:
*Access to Viber within the Russian Federation is restricted. Usage in other countries is carried out by Companies in accordance with the legislation of those countries. Processing of the Social Network Profile Linking event occurs immediately upon adding the link in the Personal Account. To process other events, it is necessary to create a regular task for collecting data from specified social network groups. A periodically executed handler checks recent posts in the social network group associated with the Loyalty Program and gathers information about group members, comments, reposts, and Likes. Then, based on the offer settings, the collected information is processed, and the predefined actions are either executed or not, depending on the results.
