08 - LP Member messages viewing


In the View messages section, messages are available that the LP Member received through various communication channels: SMS, email, push, viber and social networks.

In each of the tabs of the same name, the Agent can use filters to search for the necessary messages:

  • sending period,
  • phone number/address of the recipient,
  • status,
  • subject (for email messages),
  • device type (for push notifications).

With the filter values are set, a list of messages is generated below.
