17 - Subscription management

Loyalty Program members can receive messages from the System about card transactions, information about promotions, and other mailings that are set up in the Marketing Management Platform.

By default, subscriptions to all messages through all possible communication channels are activated during customer registration. 

The Call Center operator can manage subscriptions of the LP Member in the form of the Subscription section.

The rows of the table list the types of mailings, and the columns show the communication channels. To add/delete a subscription, check/uncheck the box in the corresponding line and column of the table. For convenience, there is a Disable all buttton to unsubscribe customers from all mailings at once, or Select all to subscribe to all types of mailings. It is also possible to add/delete all subscriptions within specific communication channels. To do this, check/uncheck the box directly under the name of the relevant communication channel.

To save the changes, click the Save button.

The operator may additionally identify the LP Member by clarifying personal information (full name, date of birth, address), information on purchases, etc.
