In the Call Center, it is possible to change status of the LP Member manually within the status system.
For example, it is possible to set the lowest status to an LP Member who has violated the rules of the Loyalty program.
Changing the status of LP Member through the Call Center is available to MMP users with the appropriate rights ("The user has the right to view the status of the LP Member", "The user has the right to edit the status of the LP Member").
Change of the current status of the LP Member
| 1. To change the status of the LP Member, the MMP user goes to the Call Center section and searches for the LP Member who needs to change the status. 2. In the LP Member data sheet, the MMP user clicks Statuses. |
| 3. Information on its current status will appear in the LP Member's data sheet. The name of the status and the current counter value within the given status system are displayed in the line of the current status of the LP Member. 4. To change the current status of the LP Member, the MMP user clicks Edit in the status bar. |
| 5. In the window that appears, in the New status field, the MMP user selects the status from the list that the LP Member needs to set and, if necessary, fills in the Comment field. |
| 6. The MMP user clicks Save. In the LP Member's data sheet, the status information is displays the new status of the LP Member. |
Setting a new status for the LP Member
If there are several status systems in the system, all of them are displayed in the LP Member's data sheet. Thus, the Member can have several statuses simultaneously.
| 1. To set a new status for the LP Member, the MMP user clicks the Install button in the status system line, under which the LP Member has not yet been assigned a status. |
| 2. In the window that appears, the MMP user selects the status system and the status within it, which will be set for the LP MEmber. If necessary, the MMP user enters a comment in the corresponding field. 3. The MMP user clicks the Create button. |
| 4. After setting a new status, a name and counter value appear in the status system line. In this case, the Install button is changed to the Edit button . |
It is also possible to change the status or set a new status for the LP Member in the Users section of MMP. Setting and changing statuses through the Users section takes place in the same manner as described above.
