03 - Customer search


If the phone number from which the call was received is not determined, but the customer claims to be registered in the system and has loyalty program card, the Agent can use the search function.

 

To search for a customer, in the main window of the Call Center section, click the Search button. In the window that appears, specify information about the customer to be found.

Customer can be searched for using one or several attributes, some of which are set during registration, others are filled in by the LP Member in the Personal Account, and still others are formed in the process of participation in the loyalty program.

After entering the attribute values, click Find.

The data of the found customers is displayed in the right part of the window in the form of a list of blocks, each of which contains the name of the customer, account balance, the number of inactive bonus points and the phone number of the account.

If none of the search attributes is specified, by clicking the Search button a list of all customers registered in the system is displayed.

To select a customer, click in the block with information about the customer. As an additional identification, functionality can be connected for entering and verifying the password from the Personal account of the LP Member. To go to the customer’s card, click the Select button.
