16 - Card replacement
Card replacement is necessary in case of LP Member's card loss or damage.
An LP card can be replaced with a new card that has a new unique number while maintaining the balance, operation history, personal data, etc. Replacement with a card that has defective card number is impossible. In the replacement process it is necessary to check status of the replaced card and identify the owner.
To replace an LP Member’s card with a new one, select the Replace card action. Select the card you want to replace. Please note that the replaced card must be blocked. | |
| Click the Next button and enter the number of the new card in the form, proceed to click Search. Information about the found card is displayed in the separate list. Click the Replace button to complete the process of replacing the card. To go back to the previous step, click Back. |
Notes:
- In order to replace their card, an LP Member needs to acquire the new card at the point of sale.
- As a result, all information is transferred from the old LP card to the new one, including application form details, phone number, email, LP Member's status and card category, bonus amount, card operation history, password from the personal account, linked social networks, personal offers and favorite products.
