16 - Card replacement
Card replacement is necessary in case of loss or damage without the possibility of recovery
Replacement of an LP card occurs only with a new card with a new unique number while maintaining the balance, operation history, personal data, etc. Replacement with a card with a defective card number is not possible. When replacing, the status of the replaced card is checked, the owner is identified.
To replace a customer’s card with a new card, select the Replace card action. On the action form, it needs to select the card to be replaced. Please note that the replaced card must be blocked. | |
| After clicking the Next button, in the form that appears, enter the number of the new card and click Search. Information about the found card is displayed in a separate block. To complete the process of replacing the card, click the Replace button. To go back to the previous step, click Back. |
Notes:
- In order to replace the card, the customer needs to purchase a new card at the point of sale.
- As a result, all information is transferred from the old LP card to the new one: application form details, phone number, Member email, Member status and card category, amount of accumulations, card operation history, password from the Personal account, linked social networks, personal offers, and favorite products.
