21 - Merging accounts


When merging accounts, LP Members will accumulate/spend bonus points from one account, have a common purchase history and a common balance.

This functionality is available only to agents with special rights ("The user has the right to merge user cards" or "The user has the right to merge user cards without sending a verification code")

If both of the above rights are added for a role, the right "The user has the right to merge user cards" is in force.

The maximum number of Members who can merge cards for one account is configured in the system configurations.

It is not possible to separate cards merged under one account.

If the “The user has the right to merge user cards” right has been added for the CC Agent, the process of merging accounts in the CC takes place as follows:

1. In the user’s data sheet, the Agent clicks Merge. The Agent enters the card number to merge and clicks Search.

2. If a card is found in the system, information on the LP Member appears - the card holder.

The Agent clicks Merge.

3. The Agent enters a verification code that was sent to the LP Member, whose card number was entered to merge the accounts.

The Agent clicks Confirm.

If the “The user has the right to merge user cards without sending a verification code” right has been added for the CC Agent, then there is no step with entering the verification code.

4. In the case of a successful merging of accounts, a message appears indicating the completion of the merge operation.
