If a [[mass messaging>>doc:Main.Smart_Communications.SMC_Use.Mass_messaging.WebHome]] is sent as part of a [[campaign>>doc:Main.Smart_Communications.SMC_Use.Campaigns.WebHome]], you can view its report. To do this, go to **Campaigns** in the left navigation menu, select the campaign, and click **Report**.

The campaign report resembles the [[mailing report>>doc:Main.Smart_Communications.SMC_Use.Mass_messaging.Mailing_report.WebHome]] but has specific features. It consists of 5 blocks:

A campaign may include multiple communication channels. In this case, you can view **Mailing effectiveness** for the entire campaign or for email/SMS/push individually.

Multiple SMS mass messagings may be sent within a single campaign. The SMS report includes data for all SMS mass messagings in that campaign.

If multiple mass messagings were sent within a campaign, you can view separate statistics for each. To do this, on the [[Campaigns>>path:/features/campaigns/spisok-kampanii]] page, enter campaign editing mode by clicking **Edit**:
