Offer mechanics
The Loymax system is event-driven. This means that the System can monitor different external and internal events and react to them according to the configured rules.
An offer configured in the System consists of a set of mechanics (events, actions, and filters). Offers can be limited by time, target audience, location, and other parameters.
An event is registered by the System and triggers processing of actions associated with that event. Each event has its own activation channels and a list of actions that may be applied to customers/Loyalty Program members or their receipt within the context of that event.
Actions are used in the System to configure the System's response when certain conditions are met (for example, a bonus card is activated, bonus points are accrued, an SMS notification about bonus points expiration is sent, a customer's status is upgraded within the loyalty tier system, etc.).
Filters are used to limit the scope of offers.
