Questions related to work with coupons:

• Can coupons have the same numbers within different Partners in the same System?

  • Public Coupon/Promo Code must be unique only within one Partner.
  • Coupons for distribution and Customer coupons must be unique within one System (all Partners).
• Can coupons have the same number within different Loyalty Programs in one System?

   No, the same rules apply as for different Partners in the one System:

  • Public Coupon/Promo Code must be unique within one Partner only.
  • Coupons for distribution and Customer coupons must be unique within the System (all Partners).
• Can coupons have the same number within different issues of the same Partner?

  No. Coupon numbers must be unique within one Partner.

• What happens during import of coupons with numbers that already exist in the System/Partner?

   Uniqueness check is carried out within the System. If the import file has a coupon number that already exists in the System, an error will be displayed.

• Is it possible to issue Customer coupons to customers who are not registered in the Loyalty Program?

  The System allows to issue Customer coupons to customers with the Anonymous and New customer states (i.e. to the customers who have not yet registered in the Loyalty Program, but have a virtual and/or non-activated bonus card). In this case, the coupon can be issued and redeemed, as the coupon is linked to the customer's identifier. A customer coupon can be issued to customers that don't have any identiffier, but it will be impossible to redeem such a coupon.
