Private Club's bonus points can be any virtual currency configured in the System. Such bonus points are accrued in the same way as any other bonus points. The conditions of accrual/deduction are set via offers. For example, you can create a currency "Private Club Bonus Points" and accrue this currency to Loyalty Program members who joined a private club and met the offer conditions. A Loyalty Program member, who has joined a private club, is assigned a common attribute of this club. To make the offer available only to members of the private club, use the Common Attribute filter. The filter added to the offer will select only those customers whose common attribute value indicates that they are the members of a private club.
The Mobile App must be integrated with Loymax. The conditions for joining a private club are described upon creation of a private club. Owing to the integration via customer API methods, the Loyalty Program member can see the terms and conditions of joining a private club in the Mobile App or in the Personal Account on the website.
To display information about promotions for a private club, there is a need to customize the promotional materials. To display the promotional material only for members of the private club, create a target audience through the Common Attribute filter, and include all Loyalty Program members who are members of the private club into this target audience.
